We only collect the data needed to deliver your order and to meet our legal obligations:

  • Delivery address or selected pickup point
  • Order details and the message you provide for personalisation
  • Payment transaction data (processed via the payment provider)

  • Courier and taxi deliveries: taxi and courier services used to deliver the order
  • Website maintenance and hosting service

Delivery details (such as name, address and phone number) are disclosed to the transport, courier or taxi service carrying out the delivery only to the extent necessary to deliver the order.

Data is stored on servers within the EU/EEA in Europe. If any service provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

We retain order and customer data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and for the period required by accounting law (generally 6 years). Personalisation messages are deleted once they are no longer needed for processing the order.
