Corporate gifts here carry two things on every bottle: your logo, and the name of the person receiving it. Engraved in Finland, by hand, one bottle at a time.
Design and order
Choose the quantity, colour and layout — you see the price and the result right away. You can leave and come back, nothing is lost.
Logo
A vector file is best (AI · EPS · PDF · SVG). A PNG works when the background is transparent. The engraving is single-colour, so a multi-colour logo is reduced to one colour. You see the logo in the preview as soon as it is uploaded.
The measurement is the length of the logo, at most 11.5 cm. You see the chosen size in the preview. We do not send a physical sample bottle — you get one by ordering the sample.
Colour
You can mix colours within one order at no extra cost — tell us the split under "Messages and details". The preview shows one colour at a time. Availability is confirmed in the order confirmation.
Typeface and preview
The preview is for guidance only, not the final image. The engraving is finished by hand, so there may be small differences in size and placement. Check the names and the text before ordering — this is exactly what we engrave.
Bottle dimensions Ø 7 × 22 cm · the engraving fits within 11.5 cm — that is the length of the text from the first letter to the last, not its height.
Layout
Name list
One name per line. You can paste straight from a spreadsheet.
Messages and details
For example the colour split (how many of each colour), a preferred delivery week, or any other special wish. We answer every wish in the order confirmation.
Quantity
The more you order, the lower the unit price. Prices + VAT 25.5 %.
Free delivery anywhere in Finland. No delivery costs and no set-up fee — this is the final sum.
Availability and delivery time
We keep a limited number of each colour in stock. For larger batches we confirm colour availability before the order confirmation: we either restock (3–5 business days) or split the batch across several colours — whichever suits you better.
Your details
The e-invoice is sent separately. Production starts once the payment has arrived.
Billing address
Optional — it does not affect the order or the price. You can withdraw the permission at any time at , and we remove the publications within a reasonable time. We never publish the name list or contact details.
A different name on every bottle
No surcharge, no minimum for the names. A print line runs one image a hundred times — here the approved design is engraved on each bottle one at a time, one name at a time.

Finnish companies decide on staff gifts in September and October, not in December. If you are planning ahead, this is the right time to ask.

Team and group orders
You do not have to be a company. Group orders work the same way for teams, clubs, associations, classes and groups of friends — the minimum is 10 pieces, so an eleven-player team already lands in the first price step.
Team gifts are made exactly like corporate gifts: the logo slot can hold a club crest, a class name or any image of your own, and every bottle gets a different name at no extra cost.
No business ID is needed. A private buyer pays online by card or online bank; invoicing is available once the buyer has a business ID.
The product
Branded water bottles usually stop at a logo. These do not. Every one of these corporate gifts starts from the same bottle: 500 ml of recycled stainless steel, double-walled, nine colours. The engraving is permanent — it does not wash off or fade. Every bottle arrives individually boxed, ready to hand over.

The bottle is sourced from a European supplier and engraved in Finland. Single bottles are available in the web shop; this page covers batches of 10 pieces and up.
The lid carries the Hei Aurora engraving — our maker’s mark. The surface of the bottle is yours: lay it out the way you want, and we engrave it.
How to plan corporate gifts that arrive on time
Corporate gifts rarely fail on the product. They fail on the calendar: the decision is made in November, the name list turns up in December, and by then the colours people wanted are gone.
Three things are worth settling before you ask for a quote.
1. Who receives it. Staff or clients? The answer decides both the tax treatment and whether names are engraved at all. On staff gifts the name is the whole point. On a client gift a name moves the gift out of the promotional-gift category, because a promotional gift has to be given identically to several people. The limits come from the Finnish Tax Administration, and we have summarised them further down this page.
2. How many. The price drops in steps, and the gap between the first step and the last one is large. If your number sits just below the next step, ordering a few spare bottles costs less than not ordering them — and spares are not wasted, since the next person to join gets one without a new order.
3. What shape the name list is in. One name per line is enough: a spreadsheet, a text file or a plain list in an email all work. Check the spelling before you send it — we engrave exactly what you approve, and we do not correct names. The form checks the list automatically and tells you if a name contains a character that cannot be engraved.
With those three settled, a quote comes back within the same business day. Group orders and team gifts raise exactly the same three questions.

Tax-free for your staff, deductible for your clients
1) A gift to your own staff
A customary, modest physical gift from an employer is tax-free for the employee when the total value of the year's gifts stays at or under 100 € (incl. VAT) and the employer chooses the gift. This does not cover money or gift cards that work like money.
An engraved bottle is unambiguously a physical gift — it cannot be turned into cash. At 28–33 € incl. VAT our price stays well under the limit.
2) A gift to a customer
Promotional gift — modest in value and given identically to several recipients → fully deductible, and the VAT is deductible too. In Finnish tax practice the value has been around 35 € incl. VAT.
Representation gift — chosen individually with the recipient in mind → only 50 % deductible, and VAT cannot be deducted.
In practice: for customer gifts, engrave only your logo — not the recipients' names — and stay in the 10-piece price step, which lands under 35 €. Names are the right choice for staff gifts, where the limit is 100 €.

- You order directly, or ask for a quoteThe price is calculated from the quantity automatically. You can pay right away by online bank or card, or ask for a quote for invoicing. The order is binding, because the bottles are sourced and engraved for this order alone.
- We engrave and deliverLead time is 7–30 business days from the order: colours we have in stock ship fastest, the rest are ordered in first. The exact date is confirmed in the order confirmation, once the colours are chosen and availability checked.
Want to see the result before a large batch? Order one sample with your own logo. If you then order at least 25 pieces, the sample price is deducted from the order total.
Christmas orders: confirmed by 15 November at the latest, so delivery makes it before Christmas. I engrave every bottle myself, so the calendar fills in order.

Can we order without a business ID?
Yes. Teams, clubs, classes and groups of friends order on the same price list as companies — the minimum is 10 pieces. A business ID is only needed for invoicing; without one, payment is made online by card or online bank.
Can every bottle have a different name?
Yes, at no extra cost. The approved design — your logo together with the name — is engraved on each bottle one at a time.
What is the minimum order?
Business orders start at 10 pieces. Below that, order from the web shop at the normal price — you can still write a different message on each bottle by adding the product to the cart several times.
Can we see one before we commit?
Yes. We make one bottle with your logo for 39.90 €, VAT and free delivery included — the same as a single bottle from our web shop. When you order 25 pieces or more, the sample price is deducted from the order total.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A PNG of at least 1000 px works too, as long as the background is transparent — we do not clean up backgrounds. The engraving is single-colour, so a multi-colour logo is reduced to one colour: gradients, shadows and colour separations do not carry over. The preview on this page shows you how it will look before you order.
How long does it take?
7–30 business days from the order. Colours we already hold ship fastest; anything we have to order in adds to the time, so the exact date is confirmed once the colours are chosen and availability checked. For Christmas, orders need to be confirmed by 15 November.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Free delivery anywhere in Finland is included in the price — the figure in the price list is the final sum. No delivery costs, no set-up fee and no origination fee. If a batch has to go to several addresses, the extra addresses are charged separately.
Are all colours in stock?
We keep a limited number of each colour in stock. For larger batches we confirm availability before the order confirmation: we either restock, which adds 3–5 business days to the delivery, or split the batch across several colours with no added time. We tell you which option is faster once we know the quantity and your target delivery date.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. 50 % on an advance invoice, the remaining 50 % on invoice with 14 days net. No invoicing surcharge, and e-invoices are fine.
Can we mix colours in one order?
Yes, and at no extra cost. Nine colours, freely mixed inside the same order, subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Is this made in Finland?
The bottle is sourced from a European supplier and engraved in Finland, by hand, one bottle at a time.
What if a name is spelled wrong?
We engrave the names exactly as they are given in the order — we do not correct the spelling, because we cannot know which spelling is the right one. So check the list before you order: an engraving cannot be undone. If the mistake is ours — wrong name, wrong colour, faulty engraving — we replace the bottle at no cost.
Can we get our logo on the lid?
The lid carries the Hei Aurora engraving — our maker's mark, like a silversmith's stamp. The surface of the bottle is yours: your logo and each person's own name, laid out the way you want it.
