These terms apply to the sale between the seller and the customer. We sell products to adult consumer customers.
2. Products and personalisation
Products are made to order, personalised according to the message provided by the customer, and made in Espoo, Finland. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information and message provided, including spelling. We make the product exactly according to the message provided.
3. Prohibited content
The customer may not order a message that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of a third party, such as copyright or a trademark. The seller has the right to refuse to produce such an order and to cancel it.
4. Order and formation of contract
A binding contract is formed when the customer has placed and paid for the order and the seller has confirmed it. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
5. Prices
Product prices are stated per product in the online store. Prices include value added tax (VAT). Any delivery costs are shown before payment.
6. Payment methods
Payments are processed securely via payment intermediaries. Paytrail and WooPayments payment methods are available.
7. Delivery

8. Right of withdrawal
Products are made to order, personalised according to the customer’s message, and therefore have no 14-day right of withdrawal (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16). Further details are provided in the Delivery and Return Policy.
9. Liability for defects
The seller is liable for product defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective, please contact .
10. Applicable law
Finnish law applies to the sale and to these terms.
11. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any disagreements primarily directly with the customer. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may contact the Consumer Advisory Service (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) and refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). The dispute may also be submitted to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of ordering apply to the order.
