These terms and conditions apply to purchases made between the seller and the customer in the heiaurora.fi online store. We sell to adult consumer customers. By placing an order you accept these terms and our Delivery and Return Policy.

Orders placed by companies, associations and other organisations are governed by our separate business sale terms.

2. Products and personalisation

Products are personalised to order with the message given by the customer in Finland. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details and the message provided, including spelling and the exact form of names. We produce the item exactly as the message is written and do not edit the customer’s text.

Product photos are illustrative. As every item is made to order and we use natural materials, small natural variations in shade and finish are possible. These are not product defects.

3. Prohibited content

The customer may not order a message that is unlawful or offensive, or that infringes the rights of a third party, such as copyright or trademark rights. The seller has the right to refuse to produce such an order and to cancel it. In that case we refund the purchase price in full.

4. Orders and formation of the agreement

A binding agreement is formed when the customer has placed and paid for an order and the seller has confirmed it. You receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the confirmation immediately and contact us without delay if any details are incorrect.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there has been an obvious error in the price or product information, or if the order cannot be fulfilled for another justified reason. In such cases we refund the amount paid in full.

5. Prices

Product prices are shown per product in the online store and include VAT. Any delivery costs are shown before payment. The price valid at the time of ordering applies to your order.

6. Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through payment service providers. We do not handle or store card details ourselves. The available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm your order:

  • Online bank payments — Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki and Ålandsbanken
  • Siirto and OP Lasku
  • Card payments — Visa and Mastercard
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • MobilePay
  • Klarna

Online bank payments, Siirto and OP Lasku are processed by Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4). Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna payments are processed through WooPayments (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), and Klarna payment methods are granted by Klarna Bank AB (publ). MobilePay payments are processed by Vipps MobilePay.

Because payments go through a payment intermediary, the payee shown on your bank statement or card invoice may be the payment provider, for example Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Full details of the payment service providers are set out in our Delivery and Return Policy.

7. Delivery

Delivery methods, times and conditions, including the terms of our taxi delivery, are described in the separate Delivery and Return Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal

Products are personalised according to the customer’s message, which means they carry no 14-day right of withdrawal (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, Section 16). Further details are given in the Delivery and Return Policy.

9. Liability for defects

The seller is liable for product defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective or was damaged in transit, contact us without delay at . The procedure is described in the Delivery and Return Policy.

10. Use of the website and intellectual property

The content of this website, including texts, images, product designs and logos, is the property of Hei Aurora or used by us under licence. It may not be copied, published or used commercially without our written permission. The site may not be used in a way that disrupts its operation or security.

We aim to keep the information on the site up to date, but we are not liable for technical interruptions or typographical errors.

11. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or damage caused by an obstacle beyond our control that we could not reasonably have foreseen or avoided, such as an official order, industrial action, carrier disruption or exceptional weather conditions.

13. Applicable law

Finnish law applies to purchases and to these terms. These terms do not limit the rights granted to consumers by mandatory legislation.

14. Resolving disputes

We always aim to resolve any disagreement directly with the customer. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (kkv.fi) and refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of ordering apply to your order.
