The manufacturer states that the lid is a leak-proof stainless steel screw lid, and that one detail decides where a bottle is allowed to travel. A leak-proof insulated bottle can go in the main compartment of a bag instead of the side pocket, which matters on a crowded bus or a bike rack in the rain. Screw the lid down firmly and it stays shut.

Every personalised sports water bottle is engraved in Finland. Orders are handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days, and delivery to your nearest pickup point is free anywhere in Finland. Will it fit a car cup holder or a bicycle bottle cage?

The bottle is 25.1 cm tall with a diameter of 6.7 cm. Cup holders and bottle cages vary a great deal, so measure yours against those figures before you order.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The manufacturer does not list it as dishwasher safe, so we recommend washing it by hand in warm water with a mild detergent and leaving it to dry with the lid off. That also keeps the finish and the engraving sharp.

Can I return a personalised bottle?

Not under the usual 14-day right of withdrawal, because it is engraved with your own message (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6, section 16). Faults on our side are always put right: if there is a manufacturing or paint fault, if the engraving does not match your order, or if the bottle is damaged in transit, we repair it, send a new one or refund you. Email with your order number and a photo.
