Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the lighting around you — the same shade can look warmer in daylight and cooler under indoor light. The natural materials we use can also vary subtly from one piece to another. These small differences are normal and part of each product’s character.

You write your own message in the order notes at checkout. We create your gift exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling carefully before placing your order. Everything is made in Espoo, Finland.

Because our products are personalised just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16). If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days at and we’ll make it right.

We ship within Finland via Posti and Matkahuolto, with taxi or courier delivery available in some areas. We hand your order to the carrier within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

Usually, yes. Some products and colours sell out from time to time, but we restock our regular range. Get in touch and we’ll let you know when the item you want is back.
