What happens if I get the date wrong?
The engraving is permanent, and personalised products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer law (Consumer Protection Act, ch. 6 s. 16). So check the date and the spelling in the preview before ordering. If we engrave something other than what you ordered, that’s our mistake and we put it right.
