Technical details

Care instructions

Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid the dishwasher and abrasive scourers to keep both the bottle and your engraving looking their best. Let it dry with the lid off.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly is a personalised water bottle delivered?

We engrave and ship your bottle within 1–3 business days. Delivery is free across Finland to a Posti parcel locker or your door.

Will the engraving fade in the wash or in the sun?

No. The engraving is a permanent part of the bottle’s surface — it won’t wear off in the wash, fade in the sun or come off in normal use.

How long can my message be?

Most people choose a name, initials or a short greeting. You can write one or more lines — a short message looks clearest on the bottle.

Can I order engraved water bottles as corporate gifts?

Yes. We engrave employee names or your company’s greeting on each bottle. Contact us for a quote on larger orders.

Can I return a personalised product?

Because this product is personalised to your order, it is made specifically for you. Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 6:16 §), personalised products are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we will of course put it right.
