Looking after it

Wash the mug by hand in warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges so the finish and the engraving stay sharp. Not suitable for the microwave.

Delivery and returns

We engrave your mug in Finland and hand it to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery to your nearest pickup point is free anywhere in Finland. In the capital region you can also choose same-evening taxi delivery — the cut-off time, areas and price are shown at checkout. What can I have engraved on the travel mug?

A name, a date or a short message of up to 100 characters, in the font you choose. Finnish letters such as ä and ö work; the heart (♥) and middle dot (·) can’t be engraved. Write a name and date like this: Aurora — 12.8.2019.

Can I see the engraving before I order?

Yes. The live preview on the order page shows your text in your chosen font as you type, so you can compare fonts before adding the mug to your cart.

Does the travel mug have a handle?

No. It is a handleless, slightly tapered tumbler, 9 cm across and 15 cm tall. Compare those measurements with your car’s cup holder.

Is the travel mug leakproof?

We don’t sell it as leakproof. The closure covers the drinking opening, but the mug is meant to be carried upright — in your hand or a cup holder, not on its side in a bag. For a bag, the personalised water bottle is the better choice.

How long does it keep coffee hot?

The double-wall steel keeps coffee warm longer than an ordinary mug. We don’t quote a number of hours because we haven’t measured it ourselves.

Is it dishwasher safe?

We recommend washing it by hand in warm water with a mild detergent. That keeps the matte finish and the engraving looking their best.

How much does the personalised travel mug cost?

Can I return a personalised mug?

Not under the usual 14-day right of withdrawal, because the mug is made with your own text (Finnish Consumer Protection Act 6:16). If the mug has a manufacturing or paint defect, the engraving doesn’t match your order or it was damaged in transit, we repair it, send a new one or refund you, and cover the return shipping. Contact first with your order number and a photo.
